Frequently Asked Questions

  • Dylan Delivered can be ordered either as a single purchase or on a recurring basis.  Spice up your wardrobe with a stand-alone order or stay high-fashion all year long with a regularly-scheduled deliveries - it’s really up to you!  In fact, the frequency can be adjusted at any time by request.

  • All Dylan Delivered curated style boxes will include a minimum of 10 items.

  • The styling fee is not refundable.

  • No! Shipping is on me. I’ve even included a shipping label in your box for the easiest return.

  • Dylan Delivered can be shipped to locations within the United States of America.

  • Yes, Dylan Delivered clients will earn a 15% discount if they keep the entire collection.

  • I’m committed to having your curated style collections on your doorstep within 2 weeks of your order.

  • Absolutely not! I want you to be happy; so only keep the items you love. But keep in mind that there will be a 15% discount applied to your merchandise total if you decide to keep the whole collection.

  • Dylan Delivered clients have 7 days from receipt of the box to ship out returns.  The day of delivery counts as Day 1.  If the return shipping label has not been scanned by the shipping company by the end of Day 7, I will assume that you love the whole box and complete the sales transaction for all items in the box (minus an awesome discount!)

  • I hope you love each and every item selected just for you, but each Dylan Delivered shipment will include a pre-printed and pre-paid return label.  Simply replace the label on the original box with the return label and drop it off at UPS.  All items must be returned in new condition with tags attached.  Any returns which are not in new condition or received without tags will be subject to 25% restocking fee.
